Here is how we begin
Reaching out is often the hardest part. If you've made it this far, some part of you already knows something needs attention, even if you can't yet put words to what that is. That's enough to begin.
Nothing changes, if nothing changes. But you don't have to have it figured out first. You just have to be willing to be met where you are.
Here's what happens when you reach out.
Week One: Connect
Your first step is reaching out, however that feels easiest. Booking directly, or sending a message first if you're still unsure. You’re more than welcome to give me a call and we can arrange a time to have a talk over the phone before we commence. There's no pressure, and nothing you need to have sorted before you do.
Session One: Explore
Our first session isn't an assessment; it’s an enquiry. Some people arrive with something clear, something that happened, something they've been carrying. Others arrive without the words for it yet. Both are workable starting points.
It's a chance for me to understand what's been happening in your life, and for you to be listened to carefully. We'll look at what's really going on, and start forming a shared sense of what we're working toward together.
There's nothing to prepare beforehand, you only need to arrive as you are.
Some people book directly.
Others prefer a brief conversation first.
Both are valid ways to start.

Your Investment In Therapy
A small caseload. A defined niche. Training that goes beyond what registration requires. This isn't generalist care, it's focused, deliberate practice, so what I bring to our sessions is always at its best. You don't need to be in crisis to book, you just need to be ready to have a conversation.
