Initial Response

Initial Consultation
If you're interested in scheduling, you are welcome to use my online portal to do so. It can be helpful to set up a brief consultation call to understand your needs and discuss next steps. This is usually 15 minutes, and is also available to book via the booking portal.
Scheduling
Once we've connected, I’ll work with you to find a time that fits our shared schedule. Most patients have their first session within 1-2 weeks.
All information shared with me is treated with strict confidentiality. I comply with all applicable privacy laws and AHPRA/APS regulations.

This same safety extends to my telehealth psychology sessions. I use a secure, AHPRA-compliant platform to create a focused, private digital environment. Wherever you are, I bring the same grounded, intentional presence to our work, free from distraction.
